Almost everything: There was more than enough staff who could not help you enough. They really put themselves out for me. Well all but one who never smiled and the only time he spoke was to complain.
A man without a smile. He must have enjoyed making my life a misery from the get go. Oh and thanks mister for losing our banners. Avoid this man like the plague and you will have such a wonderful time and service (with the exception of him) is ALWAYS done with a smile.
